We’re now looking for dedicated, safety-driven Traffic Controllers, Bollard Truck Drivers, and Team Leaders to join our team and grow with us.

🔧 Roles Available:

• Bollard Truck Drivers (MR/HR license required)

• Experienced Traffic Controllers (minimum 12 months experience preferred)

• Team Leaders with proven site leadership experience

📋 Duties:

• Safely implement and monitor Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)

• Operate Stop/Slow bats to control traffic flow

• Conduct pre-start checks and load/unload signage and equipment

• Complete hazard assessments and apply appropriate control measures

• Report hazards, near misses, and ensure compliance at all times

• Direct traffic, pedestrians, and cyclists to protect crews and the public

✅ Skills & Experience:

• Valid Traffic Control Accreditation (Implement & Control preferred)

• White Card (OHS Card)

• MR/HR licence for bollard truck drivers

• Ability to confidently drive manual vehicles

• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends

• Minimum 12 months’ traffic management experience preferred
