We are looking for a resourcer who can assist in recruiting for our account managers. Majority of the people you will be recruiting are in blue collar e.g labourers, civil road workers, machine operators, welders etc. So experience in recruiting these types of roles would be a bonus.

Location: Bulimba, Brisbane, Queensland

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Resourcer

Proactively source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.

Conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.

Conduct pre-employment assessments, tests, and reference checks to ensure candidate suitability.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the candidate vetting process.

Requirements:

Full Queensland Driver's Licence or equivalent

Self motivated & a willingness to achieve

Ideally 1-2 years as a resourcer in blue collar recruitment

Ability to work as part of a team and individually
