This role involves spending your entire day at a desk. You might occasionally get up to walk and talk. Still, you'll mainly be in a nice office overlooking the Brisbane CBD, engaging in conversations with a select group of people you'll come to know very well over time. You'll make 70 calls a week, and you'll send about the same number of emails.
To succeed in recruitment, you need to have common sense, be competitive, reliable, likable, and able to pick up the phone and write a good email.
