🔍 We’re interested in hearing from people IMMEDIATELY with experience as:

Recruitment Consultants (Brisbane CBD) – white & blue collar, technical, engineering or high-volume project recruitment

Site-based / Account Management Coordinators (Gladstone & Weipa) – client engagement, workforce planning, high degree of recruitment functionality

You will be focused on servicing a major iron ore mining producer, so prior experience in sourcing the following areas is paramount to your success:

Projects Teams: Project Manager | Project Engineer | Site Engineer | Supervisors | Project Coordinators

Engineering: Discipline Engineers | Reliability Engineers |

Project Controls: Cost Engineers | Cost Analysts | Planners | Schedulers

Technical: Design Managers | Draftspeople

Health & Safety: Advisors | Trainer & Assessors

Production Operators

Mining Operators & Trades

Administration: Site Administrators | Mobilisation Coordinators

🌟 What we’re looking for:

Minimum 5 years recruitment experience working in the resources sector

Strong systems knowledge and adaptability

Prefer agency experience within a high volume environment

Well networked and connected with candidate base and clients alike

Exceptional communication, time management and coordination skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment

A passion for supporting people into meaningful work
