The Role
If you’re a proven telesales performer, we want you. You’ll take the driver’s seat on a fast-moving medical recruitment desk growing relationships, solving staffing challenges, and placing junior doctors into locum roles nationwide.

You’ll be:

Building and owning long-term client partnerships

Delivering stand-out service to doctors seeking work

Solving staffing challenges for healthcare clients

Turning conversations into placements and placements into commission

Growing your desk, your network, and your earnings

What You Bring:

Telesales experience — confident, persuasive, and quick on your feet

A hunter mindset - chasing results and reward

Strong relationship-building skills

A proven sales track record and target-smashing attitude

Passion for people, problem-solving, and making things happen

Interest in the healthcare sector (bonus points)
