Who We're Looking For

Whether you're a student studying HR or simply someone who's always wanted to break into the recruitment industry, this is your chance.

You don't need recruitment experience - what matters most is your enthusiasm, drive, and willingness to learn. Some admin or customer service experience would be handy, but if you can show us why you're awesome, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for roles (mostly within blue-collar industries but you will operate outside of this too)

Supporting Account Managers with recruitment processes and client delivery

Learning the ins and outs of the recruitment industry from some of the best in the game
