Your Role: Food & Beverage Team Leader – Where Culinary Leadership Meets Conservation

As our Food & Beverage Team Leader, you'll be the heart of our café and food outlets, leading a passionate team and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead with Passion: Inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service and create memorable dining experiences.

Culinary Creativity: Contribute to menu planning, costing, and development, showcasing your culinary expertise.

Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with food safety standards (including Food Safety Supervisor responsibilities).

Team Management: Train, mentor, and support your team to achieve their full potential.

Guest Delight: Ensure every guest leaves with a smile, exceeding their expectations.

Sustainability Champion: Uphold our commitment to conservation and eco-tourism.

What We're Looking For:

Proven Leadership: Previous supervisory experience in a food and beverage environment.

Culinary Skills: Experience in menu planning and costing.

Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Organised and Detail-Oriented: Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for excellence.

Food Safety Expertise: Current Food Safety Supervisor, RSA, and RMLV certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Conservation Minded: A genuine passion for wildlife and sustainability.

Pre-Employment Requirements: Compliance with the CaPTA Group’s Drug and Alcohol Policy.
