In completing the role, the Property Team Administrator must exercise the degree of professional skill, care, efficiency and diligence expected of a professional Property Team Administrator working in a commercial and residential property Company.

The Property Team Administrator must support the delivery of client expectations by supporting the whole Knight Frank Mackay in the management of day-to-day operations that support the Knight Frank Mackay executive team. The position requires the Property Team Administrator to manage incoming inquiries to the Knight Frank office and support the outgoing reports and services provided by the Knight Frank team.

Key skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs and CRM platforms

Well-presented with highly developed communication skills

Ability to work to deadlines, with an attention to detail

Preparedness to coordinate and support the efficient operations of a small office

Previous experience in the property sector is not required however is advantageous, as is designing and editing property information for marketing.
