Location: Narangba, QLD
Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm
$60,000 – $70,000 + Superannuation | Commission Potential
Titanium Caravans is a market leader in the premium off-road caravanning segment, known for innovation, quality, and a passion for the outdoors.
Our Narangba Dealership is seeking a motivated and organised Customer Experience – Team Member to join our growing team. This dynamic role works across key dealership operations including customer service, administration, and hands-on coordination of customer orders and caravan presentation.
A genuine interest in caravanning, camping, or the outdoor lifestyle will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service across the Dealership, including responding to phone, email, and in-person enquiries.
Liaise with customers and internal teams to coordinate the completion of caravan orders.
Schedule and manage customer meetings to finalise caravan specifications and selections.
Assist the sales team with order fulfilment and communication.
Coordinate customer handovers and assist in preparing caravans for collection.
Support service bookings and scheduling.
Maintain the presentation of caravans in the dealership and assist in preparation for trade shows and company-hosted events.
General administrative tasks, reception duties, and upkeep of dealership presentation.
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service, administration, or accounts.
Experience managing booking calendars and scheduling appointments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Confident working independently with high attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Professional, approachable, and customer-focused demeanour.
