We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and inspire our team of doctors, registrars, nurses and dermal clinicians, driving excellence in patient outcomes, clinical operations, and professional growth.

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you’ll be the connector and driver of our clinical team. The leader who ensures our team thrives, our patients receive exceptional care, and our clinic operates seamlessly. You’ll work closely with dermatologists and senior leadership, shaping patient pathways, embedding innovation, and positioning DCA as a national leader in skin health.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and motivating the clinical and nursing team, building a high-performing and accountable culture.

Partnering with dermatologists to co-create multidisciplinary treatment pathways.

Driving professional development frameworks, ensuring training and conference learnings are embedded into daily practice.

Overseeing compliance and risk management, compliance with clinical standards, stock, equipment, and operational budgets.

Managing staff including recruitment, rostering, training implementation, regular constructive performance feedback and provide assistance in reaching individual goals

Championing innovation by implementing new technologies, workflows, and treatment protocols.

Building strong relationships with device companies and external partners to optimise outcomes.

Building strong clinical team and a positive team culture, aligned with business objectives.

Contributing strategically to leadership meetings and growth initiatives.

Experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or procedural healthcare
