Our client is a well established, area landmark new car dealership located in the southern Gold Coast area. They are seeking a Fixed Operations Manager / Aftersales Manager to join their management team.

Applicants for this position must have a strong background as a dealership Service Manager, as this department will be the prime focus of your energy. You will have a good knowledge of the Parts Department operations and be prepared to double as the Service Manager. Previous experience as a dealership Fixed Operations Manager or Aftersales Manager will be highly regarded, but is not essential. You will also have strong management, financial, people handling and organisational skills, and be able to take ultimate responsibility for both the Service and Parts Departments.

Salary envisaged for this position will consist of a retainer up to $140k (negotiable for very experienced applicants), super, commission based on both the Service and Parts Department results and company vehicle.
