As our Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind the smooth running of our business. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee office operations across sales and property management.

Streamline systems and processes.

Support the broker/owner in implementing growth strategies and business development.

Manage budgets, reporting, and KPI tracking.

Drive marketing, client communications, and brand consistency.

Act as a point of escalation for clients and team members.

You will bring:

Proven experience in real estate operations, office management, or a senior administration role.

Current QLD Real Estate Registration or Licence (or willingness to obtain).

In-depth knowledge of industry software and compliance requirements.

Strong people management and communication skills.

Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for delivering exceptional client service.
