Healthii People are proud to have recently partnered with Lives Lived Well for the recruitment of a Clinical Services Manager in Rockhampton, QLD. Lives Lived Well have been providing valuable Mental Health and AOD support to individuals, families and veterans in the community across QLD, NSW and SA for more than 40 years.

Lives Lived Well have a number of AOD services including Residential Rehabilitation and Withdrawal facilities and this role would oversee Residential and Community based MHAOD programs in Rockhampton. These programs work alongside people across the age span and their families who have been affected by Alcohol and Drug use and provide a number of services to support recovery and integration back into the community.

As the Clinical Services Manager with Lives Lived Well, you will report into the Assistant Clinical Director and have clinical oversight over the programs and manage the daily operations of the teams, led by 3 Team Leaders. In this role you will work within the Senior Leadership team and be responsible for operational duties, people management, oversee clinical governance, contribute to strategic growth and be responsible for ensuring policies and procedures are evidence based and in line with Lives Lived Well's vision, values and code of conduct.

This position would suit someone with significant management experience within a crisis or acute setting who wants to work within an passionate and established team.

About you:

• Relevant Qualifications in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services
• Demonstrated experience leading services within an intensive healthcare setting
• In depth knowledge of evidence-based, trauma-informed care
• Clinical background in Mental Health or AOD Desirable
• Resilient and able to navigate change and complex situations
• People leadership experience
