We’re a small, friendly transport business looking for a proactive and reliable Administration Assistant / Office All-Rounder to join our team on a part-time basis.
About the Role:
This is a varied role where no two days are the same — from handling calls and emails, to processing paperwork, organizing schedules, and supporting the team with general admin.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
• Data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
• Processing invoices and basic bookkeeping
• Scheduling jobs and coordinating with drivers
• General office duties to support day-to-day operations
We’re Looking For:
• Previous admin or office experience (transport industry experience an advantage)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and a friendly manner
• Competent with Microsoft Office and confident with computer systems. Willing to learn dispatch software. Experience with MYOB an advantage
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
