We are currently looking for a full time Office All-Rounder to join the AVI Team.

About the role:

Welcome visitors to AVI and deal with general telephone enquiries

Data entry and electronics filing for accounts and logistics teams

General purchasing of office supplies

Creating supplier orders within the accounting software and following up with vendors for delivery times

Providing customer service for all visitors and meetings including ordering and preparing catering, making beverages for customers and management, and tidying meeting rooms after meetings

Collecting mail from PO box

Creating spreadsheets for organising when necessary

Booking freight

Provide support to line manager and company executives as required

We are looking for a positive team member with a can-do attitude and:

Exceptional customer service skills

Excellent data entry/keyboard skills

Experience with MS Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel

High level of attention to detail

Strong communications skills

The ability to prioritise workload

Ability to use and learn computer applications and internet functions could be “the ability to learn”

Proven problem-solving skills

Willingness to upskill and grow inside the company

Essential:

You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply for this role

A current national police clearance is a pre-requisite for engagement with AVI and on-going employment may be the subject to obtaining and maintaining Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearances

Drivers Licence

Preferred:

1-3 years in a similar role
