As our Quality Compliance Education Officer, you’ll lead with impact, driving compliance, governance, and education to meet the Aged Care Act 2024 reforms and Strengthened Aged Care Standards (effective November 2025). Leading policy development, accreditation, and compliance for both service streams.

Inspiring staff through engaging education on reforms, standards, and clinical governance.

Working in both residential and home care environments.

Overseeing cutting-edge electronic auditing systems and compliance dashboards.

Driving accurate National Quality Indicator Program (NQIP) submissions and robust reporting.

Providing strategic risk and compliance insights to management and the Board.

Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What You’ll Bring

Current AHPRA RN registration.

Proven success in aged care compliance, policy review, and accreditation (Residential and Home Care).

Deep knowledge of Aged Care Act 2024, SIRS, ACQSC requirements, and clinical governance.

Expertise in NQIP submissions and high-level compliance reporting.

Outstanding communication, education, and change management skills to lead and inspire.

Auditing or risk management qualifications (highly valued).

Desirable Skills

Postgraduate qualifications in auditing, risk management, or compliance.

Experience delivering compliance education across diverse service streams.

Familiarity with ISO 31000 Risk Management principles.
