Lead Educator - Nursery Room

We are a warm, family-run service in Maroubra seeking a passionate Lead Educator to join our team. This is a full-time role where you will have the chance to play a pivotal part in providing high-quality education and care.

Key responsibilities will include:

Plan, implement and evaluate engaging programs and documentation

Create a caring, stimulating environment for the babies

Build strong, respectful relationships with families

Guide and mentor other Educators in the room

Ensure compliance with education, supervision and health and safety

Contribute to the service Quality improvement plan

What we are looking for:

Diploma (or higher) in Early childhood

Ability to work full time hours on a rotating roster

Proven experience leading a room and mentoring educators. Experience in 0-2 years a bonus

Strong, confident communication

Current WWCC, First Aid and Child protection
