Join Junction’s Business Development Team as our Quality and Compliance Officer!
As Junction expands its strategic horizons, we’re seeking a dedicated Quality and Compliance Officer to champion excellence and integrity within our newly formed Business Development Team. This pivotal role ensures our services meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance and service excellence.
You’ll work closely with all teams across the organisation to drive continuous improvement initiatives. If you’re passionate about safeguarding standards while enabling innovation, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Selection Criteria:
A relevant qualification and demonstrated experience in a similar position.
Demonstrated understanding of auditing and accreditation processes.
Demonstration of strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to collect, analyse and interpret data to inform quality improvement and compliance initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to develop reports, formal documents and other documents accurately.
Demonstrated alignment with organisational values.
