Quality Officer | Aged Care | Fixed-Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced aged care professional for a part-time contract role as a Quality Officer with a reputable aged care provider. This role will be based at a large facility and offers the chance to support both clinical leadership and quality systems.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead and maintain quality, compliance & risk systems
• Experience conducting audits, reviews & incident/risk assessments
• Proven track record in policy and procedure review
• Ability to manage documentation and liaise with third-party auditors or regulatory bodies
• Strong partnership skills to support Care Managers and embed best practice in line with legislation
• Current police check and relevant nursing/aged care qualifications
