ABOUT THE ROLE

As Finance Manager, you will act as the primary business partner to the leadership team. This is a broad role with responsibility for financial reporting, forecasting, WIP reviews and business partnering with senior stakeholders. You will also lead a small team and contribute to strategic planning alongside the CFO and executive managers

Ownership of monthly reporting, flash results and reconciliations

Preparation of budgets, forecasts and analysis of performance

Lead monthly Homes margin and WIP reviews, providing insights and commentary

Key member of the leadership team

Partner with senior executives on strategy, planning and performance

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

CA/CPA qualified finance professional

Experience in construction or project-based industries

Strong understanding of WIP reporting, margin analysis and forecasting

Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability

Confident communicator with ability to influence senior stakeholders
