Description

• Lead and mentor a team of three.
• Oversee tax and finance compliance processes, including the preparation and lodgement of returns.
• Proactively take on internal finance projects to streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws and regulations, including GST, income tax, and FBT.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance and assurance on finance matters.
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare, review, and present finance related reports for senior management.

Profile

A successful Senior Manager & Tax Manager will be able to demonstrate:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accreditation such as CPA or CA.
• Proven expertise in Australian tax regulations and compliance.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of 3.
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence.
• Oracle systems experience would be highly regarded.

Job Offer
