Description

• Oversee and complete all aspects of financial reporting and analysis.
• Prepare accurate budgets and forecasts to support business planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Lead a team of three and drive their development.
• Analyse financial data to provide insights for CFO and CEO.
• Manage cash flow and maintain effective cost control measures.
• Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager will be able to demonstrate:

• A tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Professional accreditation such as CPA or CA.
• Proven experience in financial management.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
