We’re a busy tyre & mechanical workshop looking for an organised, confident service coordinator. This isn’t a receptionist role – you’ll be at the centre of the action, managing customer service, bookings, invoicing, stock tracking and supporting the workshop team. If you’re organised, confident, and looking for a role with real responsibility and career growth, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
Greet customers and manage phone/online enquiries
Make bookings and coordinate workflow for mechanics and tyre fitters
Process invoices and payments
Keep track of stock and assist with ordering
Deliver exceptional customer service every day
Monitor time management of workshop
Maintain daily kpi targets set for the shop
Hold the ability to motivate and drive increased sales performance
What we’re looking for:
Strong organisation and multitasking skills
Ability to upsell
Excellent people skills – confident on the phone and in person
Prior admin or customer service experience (automotive experience a plus, but not essential)
A positive, proactive attitude with drive to learn and grow
A self motivated person that is a team player
