Happy to train someone who has some office experience but Xero experience would be excellent
The Role

ASIC Annual Reviews
ATO communication phone and portal
Admin for super funds including compiling statements
Answering the phone and supporting the Senior team
Client communication via email and phone
Internal bookkeeping Xero (Can be taught)
About you
1-10+ years of experience in administration, client services, or accounting support (public practice experience is a plus but not essential).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for seamless client interactions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with accounting software like Xero is advantageous, but we can teach you!
