Titan Capital is an established non-bank lender seeking to recruit a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager.
In this role, you will:
Actively pursue new business opportunities through building relationships with new and existing referrers and clients, thriving in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
Research, source, and generate new leads that align with our business goals.
Meet with brokers and visit their firms to introduce Titan Capital’s products and establish strong business partnerships.
Work closely with clients, associates, and our expert credit team to structure deals that deliver the best outcomes for all parties involved.
Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a high standard of communication and attention to detail throughout the deal process.

We are offering a market competitive base salary with the ability to earn up to another 100% of base (per annum), payable as your deals settle.
What We're Looking For:
In addition to drive, enthusiasm and proactivity we expect you will have:
Relevant mortgage industry experience.
Passion for sales.
A tertiary qualification in Banking & Finance or a related business discipline (note we will look at candidates who don’t meet these criteria but have industry experience)
A high level of professionalism, ethical standards, and an ability to build rapport with clients.
A natural hunter mentality, with the drive to pursue and hit targets and achieve results.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
A technical mindset and analytical skills to assess and structure deals effectively.
