Welcome to Printly Australia, a trusted national provider of Managed Print Services. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to join our growing team in NSW. This full-time permanent role offers a competitive base salary between $70,000 and $100,000 (depending on experience within the Managed Print Services industry) plus uncapped commissions with realistic OTE of $150,000+. You will be primarily focused on selling managed print services, but we also offer a wide range of office equipment that you can cross-sell to boost your earnings.

The Role

We are seeking a Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and manage existing client relationships in NSW. Based in Sydney, this role involves consultative selling of Managed Print Services to businesses of all sizes—law firms, schools, corporate clients—while also offering cross-selling opportunities for additional office equipment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned territories

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs

Conducting consultations, site visits, and product demonstrations

Developing and delivering tailored print solutions that improve efficiency and cost savings

Preparing and presenting proposals, quotes, and contracts

Negotiating and closing deals to achieve and exceed sales targets

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction

Staying up to date with industry trends and Printly’s product offerings

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in Managed Print Services, office technology, or IT solutions

Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

High level of business acumen and ability to identify customer needs

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

A valid and current Driver’s Licence
