Are you passionate about driving growth and building strong client relationships? We’re seeking an energetic and results-driven seasoned Business Development Manager / Sales Executive to hep grow the business, with focus on US trade lane.

Are Experienced in Freight Sales: You have at least 2 years experience in Sales within an International Freight Forwarder locally.
Take Ownership: You take pride in your performance and results. Your success is your responsibility.

Work Smart: You manage your time effectively, keeping a healthy pipeline of prospects and clients, and actively engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.

Are Market-Savvy: You know how to research, develop, and approach prospects based on the company's strategic vision.
Possess experience with US trade lane: You have experience and knowledge working with US trade lane
Communicate with Confidence: You present yourself with professionalism, energy, and personality.
Take Initiative: You’re proactive, whether you’re contributing ideas or contributing to the business’s growth.
YOUR ROLE:
As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you will:
Own Your Pipeline: Use your in-depth knowledge of international freight forwarding to build and manage a robust pipeline of leads and clients.
Drive Growth: Lead business development activities—prospecting, converting new opportunities, and growing a loyal client base.
Achieve Targets: Stay focused on hitting your sales goals and KPIs.
Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent client solutions and achieve collective success.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Strong Communication Skills: You can build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Industry Experience: You're already working in Business Development, Customer Service, KAM, or Senior Operations in the International Freight Forwarding sector.
Sales Savvy: You know how to prospect, nurture, and close new business, while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
Results-Driven Attitude: You’re committed to meeting your targets and contributing to the company’s success.
Organizational Skills: You know the importance of keeping detailed records and using software effectively.
