Bing Lee is one of the largest independent and family owned electrical retail business in Australia with 32 stores and distribution centres across the Greater Sydney Region, South & Central Coasts, Hunter, Mid North Coast, Canberra, Victoria and Queensland.

We are seeking experienced full time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our AP team in Old Guildford, NSW.

The successful candidate ideally would have previous experience in large volume accounts payable.

Key responsibilities

Invoice Processing

Vendor Management

Reconcile accounts payable transactions

Monitor and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies

Record Keeping

Work closely with purchasing and receiving departments to resolve issues

Reporting

To ensure success in this role, we will also be seeking

A ‘can-do’ attitude.

Excellent communication skills, both Verbal and Written.

Some knowledge of accounting principles

Excellent analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.

Advance level in Microsoft Office Excel.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You must be a permanent resident with full work rights in Australia.
