They are seeking a readily available Accounts Payable Officer to join this high-performing team. Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Process invoices, receipts, and expenses in line with timelines

Validate expense claims for compliance, documentation, and tax accuracy

Maintain vendor master data, including supplier setup and banking verification

Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure timely approvals

Prepare payment runs and bank transfer files for finance authorisation

Support month-end close through reconciliations and audit requests

Assist with process improvements and ad-hoc tasks

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will have a minimum of 3-4 years accounts payable experience, enjoy working within a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills. You must be able to take ownership of everything you do, boasting exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency, and proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
