About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Payroll Officer to join our finance team. In this role, you will:

Maintain the accounts payable ledger and process supplier invoices.

Manage reconciliations and schedule payments (EFT, BPAY, credit card, etc.) to suppliers.

Process fortnightly payroll in accordance with award requirements.

Assist the Accountant with other administrative and finance-related tasks as required.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Diploma in Accounting.

At least 3 years’ experience in accounting.

Proficiency in computerised accounting systems (currently using INERVA).

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Demonstrated experience in accounts payable and payroll processing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A willingness to work within a Christian, values-driven organisation.
