Ready to make a splash in your career? The Macksville Memorial Aquatic and Fitness Centre (MMAFC) is on the lookout for an energetic and motivated Facility Manager to lead its passionate team and deliver outstanding aquatic and fitness services to the community.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and inspiring a team across aquatics, fitness, and customer service.
• Driving memberships and ensuring our members love coming back.
• Keeping operations running smoothly, safely, and in line with WHS standards.
• Building and developing a high-performing team that shares our community values.
• Engaging with hirers, members, and community groups to build strong partnerships.
• Overseeing maintenance, equipment, retail, and reporting to keep the centre thriving.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience across gym operations and group fitness delivery.
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Pool Lifeguard Certification (or willingness to train).
• WWCC (NSW) and a Class C Driver’s Licence.
• Previous experience in aquatic and/or fitness centre supervision.
• Bonus points for qualifications in Business, WHS, Training, or Technical Operations.
