Elleo Group Holdings Pty Ltd, established in 2012, headquartered in Eastwood, NSW, operates in the hospitality industry, specialising in food and beverage services and has grown and has established 2 different cuisines with 3 distinct concepts in the world of Food & Beverage.

We currently operate over 40 Sushi & Fresh Bars as well as fine dining Izakaya & Bar restaurants across NSW, VIC, QLD, and WA. With multiple new store openings planned nationwide this year, we are expanding rapidly and seeking passionate, driven, and professional individuals to grow with us.

Head Office - Menu development (R&D) Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop new Japanese takeaway menu items and create recipes.

Train store teams on newly developed menu items and review performance.

Provide operational support and management across stores.

Assist with menu setup and all aspects of new store openings.

Support with store inventory and facility management.

Establish strategies to achieve store sales targets.

Improve workflows to optimise labour costs and food costs.

Review and refine current store operational processes.

Develop and deliver store operation manuals and training.

Requirements

Must hold Permanent Residency or a valid working visa.

Able to work weekends and travel domestically/internationally if required.

Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).

Experience in franchise business operations and management.

Preferred: experience in Japanese cuisine operations.

Must be willing to travel for regional store support.

Location: Elleo Group Head Office (Eastwood, Sydney) and various store locations

Working Hours:

Full Time

Salary:

Annual 75,000 ~ 85,000
