Pathways Longueville is a luxurious, boutique residential aged care community, set to open in late 2025. Pathways Longueville sets a new benchmark in aged care, offering a unique blend of sophistication and exceptional care.

We are looking for a Workforce and Roster Coordinator to join our team at Longueville. The role is permanent full time Monday – Friday and is responsible for the home's roster.

Support the team with ramp up recruitment and onboarding through the commissioning phase

Roster 250 staff once full

Fill short and long-term leave

Identify recruitment needs, advertise vacancies, coordinate interviews, and coordinate onboarding of successful applicants

Reporting to the Executive Manager, and working closely with Payroll, HR Manager & networking with other Roster Coordinators from other sites.

Have good understanding of Australian Employment Laws and Enterprise Agreements

About you

Rostering experience in a Residential Aged Care Facility highly desirable

Any qualification relevant to the role is desirable

Highly organised and efficient

Friendly and outgoing

Have Initiative

Very sound IT skills and can learn programs

Current: police check, immunisation history (covid + flu), NDIS clearance
