We’re looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to lead a vibrant breakfast and lunch venue located inside a premium fitness facility. This is a high energy, high volume environment where you’ll oversee a team of around 16 staff and ensure smooth, efficient operations every day.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, train, and motivate a passionate front and back of house team
  
  
• Drive exceptional customer service and operational excellence in a busy café setting
  
  
• Manage rosters, stock control, cost management, and daily operations
  
  
• Keep up with fast paced service across breakfast, lunch and dinner trade
  
  
• Contribute to a positive, health focused culture aligned with the gym environment
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Previous management experience in a café, restaurant or QSR environment (essential)
  
  
• Coffee skills and barista knowledge (highly regarded)
  
  
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
  
  
• Energy, positivity, and an interest in health, fitness, and lifestyle
  
  
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced venue with multiple moving parts
