Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth
Hit monthly/quarterly targets for Education (enrolments/CoEs) and Visa services (paid consults/lodgements).
Build and manage a quality pipeline; optimise conversion at each stage with tight follow-ups and clear SLAs.
Run local outreach—info sessions, uni/college events, community partnerships—and collaborate with Marketing on digital campaigns.
Maintain sharp, weekly forecasting; report KPIs and action plans.
Student Counselling & Admissions
Deliver ethical, outcomes-focused counselling aligned to goals, budget, English level, and Genuine Student expectations.
Curate course options, verify entry requirements, prepare applications, and manage offers/CoEs on time.
Visa Services (Coordination & Quality)
Coordinate visa work with in-house/partner Registered Migration Agents (RMAs); ensure documentation quality and file notes.
Uphold ESOS/National Code, provider contracts, privacy, and audit-ready records.
Note: Only RMAs provide immigration assistance—this role coordinates service delivery and quality.
Office & Team Management
Lead daily operations: rostering, facilities, inventory, front-of-house standards.
Recruit, train, coach, and performance-manage counsellors/admins; run weekly sales huddles and 1:1s.
Implement and improve SOPs across counselling, admissions, visa coordination, and after-sales support.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Relations
Deepen relationships with universities/colleges; organise trainings/famils.
Negotiate improved commission tiers, scholarships, and co-marketing based on performance.
Systems, Reporting & Compliance
Keep the CRM immaculate (stages, notes, tasks); build dashboards for pipeline visibility.
Oversee invoicing for service fees, commission claims and reconciliations; manage refund/deferral/COE change requests per policy.
KPIs
Sales: Enrolments, visa revenue, average order value, paid consult conversion.
Conversion: Lead→consultation, consultation→application, offer→CoE, CoE→visa outcome.
Speed & Quality: First-response time, turnaround times, audit scores, complaint resolution time.
Stakeholders & Team: Provider satisfaction, event ROI, team productivity/retention/training completion.
What You’ll Bring
3–5+ years in international education recruitment/student counselling/migration services with strong sales results.
Knowledge of Australian HE/VET pathways, intakes, and provider requirements.
Working grasp of student-relevant visas (e.g., 500, 485, 407, 600 basics) and clear boundaries on immigration advice.
Team leadership—coaching, target setting, performance rhythms.
Confident communicator and objection handler; data-driven, detail-oriented.
CRM fluency (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce or similar) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Full Australian work rights; occasional Saturday/event availability.
Nice to Have
MARA registration (MARN) or close experience working with RMAs.
Multilingual (e.g., Nepali, Hindi, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Spanish).
Existing provider relationships.
