Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and establishing Your Staff Hub as a trusted partner in the early childhood education and workforce technology sector. Your focus will be on identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and showcasing the value of our solutions.
Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities with early childhood centres and organisations, and key stakeholders.
Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive adoption and revenue growth.
Lead the full sales cycle—developing a deep understanding of Your Staff Hub’s product and effectively communicating its value through tailored presentations, proposals, and demos.
Consistently achieve (and exceed) new business sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all opportunities, activities, and pipelines in the CRM system. Provide regular reporting and insights to management on performance and market trends.
Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring competitor activity and industry developments, ensuring we continue to innovate and differentiate.
About You
We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and loves making an impact.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management—ideally in IT or SaaS.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about delivering results.
Experience with CRM platforms (Zendesk Sell preferred) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office/Teams.
Background in the Childcare Industry will be highly regarded.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and industry conferences.
