Graphic Designer / Production & Print Technician

About Us:

Wraptism - The Brand Hub is a creative business branding, print and vehicle wrapping business specialising in high-impact visual design, business start-up branding, signage, commercial graphics, and large-format printing. We also provide web design, social media creative and videography services. Based in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast, we have been working in the industry for close to 25 years with experience in the UK, Europe and Australia. We are a small professional team looking for someone to can help support us with our busy and thriving workload.

Key Responsibilities:

Design logos, vehicle wraps, signage, and branding materials using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Indesign.

Create print-ready artwork and set up files for wide-format printing (e.g. stationery print, vinyl, wraps, signage)

Operate and maintain large format printers, laminators, and vinyl plotters

Perform vinyl cutting, weeding, and application prep

Customer service and client interaction - design briefs, quotes, pricing and scheduling.

Collaborate with the team on creative concepts and client briefs

Assist with on-site installations of wraps and signage when required

Manage materials, stock levels, and keep the production area clean and organised

Quality control of printed graphics and final installs

Communicate effectively with clients and team members throughout the design/production process

Skills & Requirements:

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator essential) or similar

Design experience absolutely essential

Experience in large-format printing and production processes and software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new techniques

Driver’s licence

Experience within vehicle branding, wraps/graphics industry, as well as ands-on vinyl application and installation experience would be advantageous, but not essential
