The Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and organised entry-level Graphic Design & Administration Assistant to join our team on a casual basis (approximately 1-2 days a week). This dual-role opportunity is ideal for a current University or TAFE student looking for casual work that will build both administrative and creative skills.

Key Responsibilities
Administration (Approximately 80%)

Updating footers in Word documents

Filing and document organisation

Creating and formatting PDFs and Word documents

Assisting with quoting and invoicing

Office printing and packing orders

Assisting with student enrolments

Other general office duties as required

Graphic Design (Approximately 20%)

Supporting the graphic design team using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

Assisting in the creation of social media posts and marketing material

Requirements

Able to use Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

A ‘can do’ attitude and ability to work independently

Professional communication skills and a willingness to learn
