The Role
We are looking for a Print Graphic Designer to join our team at our Gold Coast office.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong technical design skills and a passion for producing high-quality print-ready artwork. You’ll work across a diverse range of projects, including wristbands, ID cards, stickers, labels, signage, specialty printed products, and large-format applications.
You’ll collaborate with our production and customer service teams to bring client concepts to life, ensuring every design is accurate, functional, and ready for print.
Key Responsibilities
Create and prepare print-ready artwork for stickers, labels, wristbands, signage, and other specialty printed products.
Interpret client briefs and translate them into effective, on-brand designs.
Work closely with production to ensure artwork is technically correct for different print processes.
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all projects.
Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced print environment.
Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance our product range and creative output.
About You
Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in Graphic Design.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign essential).
A solid understanding of print processes, colour management, and file preparation.
Experience designing for stickers, labels, signage, and large-format applications highly regarded.
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to design challenges.
Previous experience in a print production or manufacturing environment highly regarded.
