Dharma Bums is an established Australian women’s apparel brand creating timeless, sustainable, and ethical athleisure. All designs are created in-house, and we pride ourselves on quality, creativity, and attention to detail.

About the Role

We’re looking for a mid-weight graphic designer with strong video editing skills to join our creative team. You’ll work across campaigns, social media, EDMs, packaging, and print materials, collaborating with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative.

What You’ll Do

Design engaging assets for digital campaigns, social media, and paid ads

Create compelling EDMs that drive engagement and sales

Edit short and long-form videos for campaigns and social media

Contribute to campaign concept development

Prepare artwork for both print and digital channels

What You’ll Bring

3–5 years’ experience as a graphic designer (agency or in-house)

Strong portfolio across print and digital

Proven video editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects)

EDM design experience (Klaviyo or similar)

Strong typography, layout, and attention to detail

Nice to Have

Experience using AI tools to generate creative assets

Fashion, lifestyle, or apparel brand experience
