About the Role:

• Permanent full-time | Monday to Friday | Brisbane CBD office-based
  
• Work closely with Head of Marketing & Customer Experience and venue teams

• Play a key role in creating compelling marketing designs that support venue promotions, events, and brand growth
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
• Conceptualise and develop creative designs across print and digital channels
  
• Deliver high-quality promotional materials including menus, posters, social media assets, eDMs, and more
  
• Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency
  
• Collaborate with venue managers, marketing teams, and external suppliers to meet deadlines
  
• Support ongoing brand development and streamline creative processes
  
• Manage creative project documentation and reporting
  
  What We're Looking For:
  
• Minimum 2 years' graphic design experience, confident with Adobe Creative Suite
  
• Strong design skills across print and online marketing materials
  
• High attention to detail and commitment to brand accuracy (spelling, grammar, layout)
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Interest or experience in hospitality or related industries is advantageous
  
• Copywriting, photography, and video editing skills are a bonus
  
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent design experience preferred
