Mid Weight Designer with a minimum 2 years’ experience required for established, successful agency in Brisbane's Northside.

We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer who is ambitious, talented and looking for a role where they will have the opportunity to be nurtured and grow within an agency environment. The successful candidate would have a minimum 2 years studio experience and will work directly alongside the studio team. The candidate must be an enthusiastic creative, who loves working on innovative projects with significant clients from concept to execution.

Strong communication, initiative and the ability to prioritise with fresh creative ideas are a must have for this role.

The successful candidate will:

Be comfortable taking direction and working to a brief, including the ability to manage multiple deadlines within a timeframe.

Have strong attention to detail.

Be someone who enjoys working collaboratively as part of an energetic, creative team.

Have experience applying brand guidelines across a range of design executions.

Experience editing video and creating animated motion graphics for TV, YouTube and social media.

Be confident in Adobe CC including InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop.
(After Effects & Premier experience is ESSENTIAL)

Have experience in all stages of production, including pre-press & digital knowledge.

Can deal with client requests directly to achieve communication objectives.

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability and confidence to deal directly with clients.

Have a positive attitude, a sense of humour and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and nurturing agency environment.

Typical daily duties include:

Working from concept through to execution and finished art.

Project management of campaigns and projects.

Brand ideation & creation.

Video editing for TV and social channels.

Animation and motion graphics for reels and short form video.

Roll out of on & offline campaigns including digital advertisements, brochures, posters, EDMs and any other print/digital material.

Supporting the studio to ensure all creative is being efficiently executed.

Participating in team meetings & brainstorming workshops to generate ideas and plan forward.

Bringing positive energy and ideas to studio.

Tertiary qualifications essential. Salary is negotiable based on experience and skill level. Option to commence contract immediately if applicant is suitable.
