Hospitality Mavens is a Sunshine Coast-based agency specialising in marketing and consulting for the hospitality industry. Formerly known as Maer Group, we’ve recently rebranded and are continuing to expand rapidly.

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer who’s ready to take the next step in their career — combining creative design with hands-on marketing coordination.

About the role:

This is not your typical design job. While your core focus will be graphic design, you’ll also contribute to broader marketing activities, giving you the opportunity to grow your skills and experience in campaign coordination, digital marketing, and client engagement.

You’ll work closely with our Account Managers & Marketing Coordinators to deliver high-impact creative and support marketing campaigns across our portfolio of hospitality clients.

Key responsibilities:

Graphic Design

Design promotional artwork for club/pub venues

Create direct marketing campaign assets for letters & eDMs

Develop logos and branding materials for our consulting projects

Produce creative assets and brochures for loyalty programs

Create website design concepts and visual assets

Develop design concepts for venue apps

Marketing Coordination

Assist with campaign planning and execution

Coordinate marketing materials across platforms (social, email, print)

Support CRM-based campaigns (email/SMS)

Liaise with suppliers and printers

Must have:

Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or equivalent experience

Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Comfortable with technology and a quick learner

Ability to work semi-autonomously and as part of a team

Permanent work rights in Australia

Good to have:

Experience in hospitality marketing, especially licensed clubs or pubs

Familiarity with CRM systems and direct marketing platforms

Sunshine Coast based & ability to start ASAP
