What You’ll Do

Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading day-to-day kitchen operations.

Ensure prep and service run smoothly and consistently at a premium level.

Support junior chefs with training, guidance and clear communication.

Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation and cleanliness.

Bring creativity and contribute ideas for menu development.

Maintain stock control and assist with ordering when required.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or similar, ready to take the next step.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail under pressure.

A team player with leadership potential and a positive attitude.
