What You’ll Do:

Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations

Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to maintain top performance

Ensure consistency and quality in every dish served

Assist with menu planning, inventory, and food costing

Uphold hygiene and food safety standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen (at least 1 in a supervisory role)

Strong leadership and communication skills

A hands-on team player with a can-do attitude

Culinary qualification or equivalent experience

Passion for innovation and excellence in food preparation
