We are on the hunt for a Junior Sous Chef to help lead the charge in our kitchen.

The job requirements:

• Leading the kitchen during prep, service and functions

• Supervising and upskilling junior team members to build a cohesive team

• Supporting kitchen operations including ordering, stock control and rosters

• Working closely with the Head Chef on menu development and specials

• Upholding food safety and compliance standards

• Driving a culture of professionalism

You will need:

• At least 2 years' experience in a Senior CDP role or similar

• Solid skills in high-volume service, meat cookery, and systems

• Strong organisational skills

• A love of great food, great people, and a fast-paced environment

This is a full-time salaried role, with competitive pay based on experience.
