Walshs is seeking a PA & Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team and support our Associate Director, and his team of accountants in delivering top-tier service to our clients.

About the Role

As the PA & Client Services Coordinator, you’ll be the linchpin between the Associate Director, his team, and the clients. You’ll ensure the smooth running of client communications, document collection, diary and email management, and support the timely completion of tax and accounting work. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working closely with senior professionals, building strong client relationships, and managing administrative tasks with precision and care.

What you will do:

Manage calendar and inbox of the Associate Director with efficiency and confidentiality

Act as the main point of contact for clients—responding to queries and coordinating documentation

Liaise with banks, insurance providers, brokers, financial advisers, and the ATO

Prepare new and existing client documents, tax file setups, meeting bookings, and reports

Work collaborativley with our offshore administrative support team

Maintain accurate records, monitor job flow, and ensure deadlines are met

Provide general administrative support, including mail handling, call answering, file scanning, and occasional reception assistance

What you need:

Experience: 1–2 years in a client services or administration role

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organisation: Excellent time management, detail-oriented, and able to juggle competing priorities

Initiative: A self-starter who takes ownership and anticipates needs

Teamwork: Collaborative and dependable with a positive, professional attitude

Tech-savvy: Comfortable working with client databases and Microsoft Office Suite
