We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager or Senior Assistant Manager who thrives in fast-paced, multi-faceted environments and is ready to play a key role in the success of a truly iconic venue.

The Role

Lead daily operations across multiple outlets including bars, dining, gaming, and events

Support the General Manager in delivering KPIs, compliance outcomes, and overall performance

Manage, train, and motivate FOH and bar teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Take charge of compliance, RSA, gaming procedures, and financial controls

Assist with rostering, stock management, and service delivery while maintaining consistency across departments

Build rapport with a diverse clientele, from weekday regulars to weekend social crowds

About You

Proven Assistant Manager or Senior Assistant Manager experience in high-volume, multi-outlet venues

Confident managing large teams and complex operations under pressure

Strong understanding of RSA, compliance, and gaming operations

Commercially astute with the ability to balance service, profitability, and performance outcomes

Energetic, resilient, and hands-on - a leader who sets the pace on the floor
