What you’ll be doing

• Inspiring and leading your team to deliver stand out service every time
• Owning your venue’s performance — from KPIs like labour and stock to hitting sales targets
• Managing rosters, stock control, and seamless day to day operations
• Driving a positive, high energy culture that customers (and your team) love
• Being your bubbly and upbeat self to increase customer satisfaction

What we’re looking for

• Upbeat, engaging personality — your energy sets the tone for the whole venue
• Proven leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or other fast paced environments
• Commercial smarts with experience managing KPIs
• Full seven day availability (with one weekend off per month)
• A strong communicator who leads with confidence and empathy
