About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for:

A profitable and efficient operation whilst on shift

Leading, coaching and managing a team

Executing superior service standards that consistently exceed guest expectations

Stock control and management as required

Training, development and coaching of food & beverage staff

Succession planning programs that focus on staff development and progression

Cost control with a focus on labour

Implement systems and processes to ensure the smooth running of the Hotel’s various departments

Ensure the business is compliant with health regulations and that WHS is a focus for you and the team

About You

Previous experience in a similar role

A good understanding of gaming

Excellent communications skills

Passionate about delivering excellent customer service

Driven and results focused
